1. Purchasing

Subscribing to an extension will get you full access to the extension's latest version and updates, as well as premium support for the duration of the subscription. By subscribing to an extension, you agree that:

  • All GPL extensions by JoomCode.com are released as Open Source GNU GPL v2.0 license releases and as such there are no other limitations or in other ways conditions beyond those stated as per the GNU GPL v2.0 license.
  • There is no warranty or in any other way any form of liability on the side of JoomCode.
  • JoomCode reserves the right to price changes at any moment, without prior notice.

After subscribing to an extension, you are free to install and use it on unlimited websites / domains. However, support is only provided on the no of domains specifield within the subscription.

After a subscription expires, you can still use the extension without restrictions, unlimited. However you will no longer be able to get extension updates or premium support unless you renew your subscription.

The account that purchased the extension, cannot be shared. Sharing or other methods which allow for multiple, simultaneous downloads are strictly forbidden and may result in the termination of the support and updates that came with your subscription.

2. Support

Support is provide for paid subscriptions. After expiry of the subscription, the right to request support expires, customers must renew the extension in order to get updates and continued support.

We provide support services through our Forum from Monday to Friday.

JoomCode reserves the right to limit or cancel support due to the following....

  • Customer is not forthcoming with info requested in the course of support.
  • Unreasonable behavior by the customer
  • Customer requested custom features, but expects the support to be covered in the subscription.
  • Customer requires supports for the websites outside the bounds of his subscription domains

3. Payment Methods

We accept payments via PayPal or Bank EFT/Transfer.

4. Refunds

We do not have a refund policy as all our extensions are free to use, so you must ensure you are happy with the extension before you purchase.

5. Warranty

JoomCode.com extensions are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our extensions.

We do not guarantee that our extensions are always compatible with latest version of Joomla! and we cannot guarantee that our extensions will function with all 3rd party Joomla! extensions.
